omg I am getting FAT!!!!

Obesity is a condition in which a person has accumulated so much body fat that it might have negative effect on their health.

Causes Of Obesity:

  • Inactive lifestyle.
  • Your genes may also affect the amount of fat you store in your body.
  • Some thyroid problems may cause obesity (hypothyroidism).
  • Some medicines like corticosteroids and antidepressants can cause obesity
  • Lack of good sleep.


  • The highly engineered junk food is the major cause of obesity now a days.

Prevention:

  • Follow a healthy eating style
  • limiting refined and processed food and sugary beverages.
  • Increasing physical activity and limiting sit time.
